- View all of the details and enquire of the agent by phone or email .
- Receive information re open home times or make an appointment to view.
- View the property
- Are followed up by the agent.
- Have a second or third viewing and then make a decision.
So if you want fancy brochures, signs with photos of your property on them and big ads in the paper advertising the real estate brand as well as your property, we are not for you.
